Comme vous pouvez le constater, la Commission impose un calendrier qui ne laisse aucune place au débat démocratique et qui limite les réactions des gouvernements à des procédures technocratiques. As you can see, the Commission imposes a timetable that leaves no room for a democratic debate and limits comments and reactions to technocratic process.
